Then... by all means Agent... STAY OUT OF THE SAUNA!  lol.  I think I'd have a hard time breathing... although I heard it's good for opening pores and nasal passages.

Usually my strokes are triggered by extreme stress, but excess heat and humidity can do it too. So yes, I stay out of the sauna. The benefits are not worth losing ones cognitive abilities, or even life itself.

agreed... besides... seems to me I've seen signs on saunas and hot tubs warning against use if you a heart condition.  better to be safe than sorry... or worse ;)

Then Queensland, here in Australia is definitely not for you Agent...humidity is that bad...that when people visit from down south( Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide) they say they can't breathe because of the heat and the humidity.

I am posting this early cause it goes with the EFFECTS theme... I created it for Daz+ Inspiration Contest - August 01, 2023 - August 15, 2023... Not sure who won yet but I'm quite proud of how realistic I think I got the steam. :)

Okay had a big play in my PSP PRO 2023...
I played with lots of different effects.
In Instant Effects I first went
Retro Pop..nope then went soft pastels, bit better, then to washed out, mmm needs something else...
went and put a sepia colour onto it...still needs something...added vignette.
Yep still needs something else...but now I am over it...so you get to see it!

I can really relate to that one, Sanbie.   Many nights I spend trying to make it all come together, only to trash the miserable image.  A fresh start tomorrow perhaps?
