The same is true for Renderosity also! At least DAZ has filters that let you narrow down your search. You can tell it to show Environments, and narrow that down to the type of environment you are looking for. I've not seen that at Renderosity. Not saying it does not exist there; just that I haven't seen it.

To Arnold, I hope you don't mind that I have collected your latest image in order to identify the product you used. I reduced the image size for the purpose. I went to a DAZ Forums thread that was created for identifying DAZ products that have been used in images. There I wrote a short comment describing what I wish them to identify.


The reason I have done this is because there are some of us here that would like to have that product to use in our own artistic endeavors. I ask that if you are thinking of giving us the name of the product, please wait to do so only if I get no response from the thread. I wish to test that thread to see if it is worthy of future use, and that product will be a great one to test the thread with.


Please know that I have the greatest respect for your art. You do awesome work, and to be honest, I find your work quite inspiring. It makes me want to do works of that type also.


I do love it when an artist inspires another artist with his or her work!

did i make it? honestly it is an environment in DAZ3D so i didn't make the rock formation but 'just' used it in my creation.

At $23, I won't be getting that any time soon.  I found that it's in my wishlist already...don't know why I didn't remember it.  I have an awful lot in my wishlist.  When I'm checking it for monthly coupon use, or other reasons, I often am surprised at some things in there.

I hear ya.. same here... It may be on my wish list for a while.. the sales at Daz have not been making me want to shoppe lately :(  They need another gift certificate sale!  lol
