jammixx, I use what I have, as I cannot afford to buy the latest and greatest content. About 85% of my content for DAZ Studio from DAZ 3D, I acquired via the Weekly Freebies, and other ways to get them for free. I have been collecting them DAZ Freebies since 2011. I got DAZ Studio in late 2010, at the same time I got Hexagon 2.5 and Bryce 7.1 Pro.

As for putting detail into an image for this challenge, the choices are solely yours to make. All the stuff I suggested for this contest is just suggestions. The main thing is to make the image interesting; something to look at more closely, to see the finer details. There are many ways to add details to an image. Again the choice is all yours.

You don't have to participate if you don't wish to. I don't believe in twisting arms, (though a lock of hair I'll twist).

Ha!  I got DAZ around 2010 myself.  That was when all three of those programs were free.  Back then there were many private vendors that I followed and got their things.  No backups like Daz and Rendo.  Much of that content was destroyed by ransomware.  I wasn't complaining, but trying to give you a closure comment about that particular challenge that didn't get much participation.

Ah, thanks for that.

My purpose for the challenge was to try attracting more big pictures.

New Big Picture Images.   The first is a courtyard at night using a blue shader light and two distant lights turned at angles to each other.  I rotated the shader light on x and y to create the dramatic effect of arches and columns.   The second one is using some of Meshworks' recommendation to use a light orange shader light and reduce the up-light.  With the orange, the stone work definitely highlighted better.  The angled distant lights were changed to make it more of an evening look.
