November 2023 Show Off Threads - The Fall

Welcome to the November 2023 Show Off Thread! Post all of your wonderful art renders here. Please keep the images PG, as children can and do view these threads. Remember to stay within the limits of pixel and memory size.


We had a fairly good month in the October Show Off Thread, with a good enough amount of challenge themed images. The other images were great also. There were some members that could not get in to post any images as their schedules and lives were occupying too much of their time. This is understood, because we all have times like that. It makes things like doing our art take a back seat, as we must devote the time we use for that to other tasks. Still we got a fair amount of images posted, and I for one am happy with that.


The Challenge for this month is "The Fall". Make your images for the challenge about things that Fall. Leaves fall from the trees during this season, and in November for much of the Northern Hemisphere, the trees shed most of there leaves, and leave them on the floor of the forest. That is just one type of falling thing though. If something can fall do an image of it falling. If it has already fallen show it in that state, lying where it fell. Or maybe you wish to do an image of what fallen things can be used for, or be made from. Perhaps a woodland faerie dressed in clothing made from fallen leaves. Or maybe you want to show a meteor falling through the atmosphere of the planet it is being watched from. In ancient times these were called falling stars. The bigger ones would reach the ground and usually form an impact crater. So show the blast of one hitting the ground.  You can also do images of an Autumn or Fall Landscape. In the Dragonriders of Pern series of science fiction, there was a red planet that heralded the coming of Thread Fall. Show what that might look like with the Dragons and their riders, flying and working to burn the thread before it reaches the ground.


I hope this is a challenge that has enough variety to allow everybody to do pretty much what they want to join in the fun. Of course challenge images are not all that can be posted here, as this thread is open to any other type that sticks to the rules of who can view them; namely, adults as well as children. So please keep your images here PG.


To start this thread off, here is my first one.


Autumn Woods Fae Flirts
She helps the trees to give up their leaves, sending them to the floor of the forest, where they can blanket the land, and eventually replenish the nutrients upon which the plant life thrives. But it is a lonely existence, so she flirts with the occasional male visitors, wanting, and even needing their company. Dressed as she is, most cannot resist her charms.

I think you are right. It is Fall, and I love it. That two trunk tree she is standing under is very unusual, and it make your Fall Fairy appear to be living in a magical world!

I love it, Simon. Ditto what Llola said. I like the way her hair appears to be part of a fire. Red hair is my favorite color hair on a Beautiful Lady. I wrote a song about it titled "A Girl With Red Hair".

OMG!!!!  WHERE is her parachute????

No chute, no wingman outfit!  Enjoy the feeling while it lasts, the landing will hurt a lot!!!  But, only for a fraction of a second.  If she doesn't die from fear before she hits!
