May 2023 Texture Challenges Show Offs

Thanks Saphirewild...if they don't load it's because they couldn't find the data files...and since they sort of went everywhere I just gathered them up and put them in the sanbie folder...now thinking about that I changed the path and they probably wont be found...might redo them now lol


1 good thing about these are that all the textures made for it should still work on these as the mapping is the same.

Well most of the textures worked...I couldn't get the bodice to show it's textures...just kept going the plain black...I was going to get rid of the bump map that was in there...but my mind was in too many places at once...and I shut down Daz lol
Forgot to put these are eblanks fabulous textures.


Anyway...this is Genesis 8 with the TC16

So that's Genesis 2 Erika...if it is thank goodness for that...did you try your purple textures on it and did they work or did the bodice turn plain black like mine did?


Just so good to know they work...I have done gen2...gen3...gen8 and gen9


So if gen2 works for you...the rest will...Now I am awake...I can see they are Gen2...so I will leave gen1 out of it I think...

This is Gen8 in TC20 outfit...I don't think your textures work the same in Daz Erika...I am going to see if I can change one to M6 file and see if that works better...

I think she only uses DAZ|Studio!  But it may be Iray that she used in that image.

I used Iray also Dana...my textures went pink...never mind I like it!


This is TC20 on genesis8...doing some halloween textures but the skirt went funny so added dforce to the surface...and it still went funny...might do the skirt conversion again...


Oh yeah here is the image...Iray render.

This is the same TC20 but with the pants instead of the skirt...I have done 2 renders


1. 3Delight render and 1. Iray render...

I made those textures more than 10 years ago... Can't remember what I did then. But it seems they have a Poser structure and within this (Runtime-> Libraries -> Pose) there are also settings for DS.  I think I better make new textures if you convert the outfits for G8F.
