Fixing "Shiny" Textures

Please forgive me if this belongs elsewhere. I wasn't sure where to put it . I was working on texturing TC37, and somewhere, I messed up. While I meant for the texture to be a bit more realistic, I wound up with something a bit more like vinyl. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it so that the final texture isn't shiny ?

Change the settings from Plastic to Matte
