I feel for you; that happened to me in my teens. I never let my cats outside after that. My cats now used to be a colony outside and were doing great until the stated showing up damaged or not show up at all. We got help to get them fixed and once winter came I put the colony inside, to protect them.

Happy Birthday today Agent... hope you can see this.

It's hard when our animals leave us... We don't let our cats outside cause it's a dangerous world out there!  Our outside 'deck' cat, Smudge, is to feral to come in but she is nice and cozy living on our deck in a warm HEATED condo.  She can watch us through the sliding glass door and feels like part of the family.  So far she has been with us for almost 5 years but we do know that some day she may not return.  Til then we enjoy her as much as SHE lets us... lol

I'm sorry I have not been here much lately.  I am the guest artist at a gallery in SecondLife for March and I've been working diligently to get NEW artworks done.  They want 10 new pieces for the Cancer Foundation fund raiser. (They have made over 4 million dollars in SecondLife for Cancer so I'm proud to be able to help contribute)  I am calling it CANDLEWORKS.  Here's a sample.. ENJOY!

Actually I live in Macon GA, and many other cats do roam besides ours. Whoever is doing this has been doing it now for 3 months! I let my cats roam because that is their preferred way of doing their business. Cookie Baby was loyal to me, so the only way they could have gotten to her is by putting out some type of lure. What was put out was antifreeze, which attracts cats in an irresistible way. Just a little of that being drank by a cat poisons the cat that drinks it. The cat cannot be saved after that. The person or people doing this has killed at least 2 dozen cats in various ways! I want to find out who that person, or those people are, so I can report them to the authorities, but the one person that knows who they are is our landlady, who is a cat hater. I know this because she flat out told me she hates cats. It's obvious that she is on the side of the cat killers. She refuses to say who they are, which makes her an accessory after the fact. She does not know it yet, but if and when I learn who is killing cats in our neighborhood, she will be charged as well for withholding evidence, I have several witnesses already that heard her tell me she knows who is doing it, and that she would not reveal that information. Someone will soon enough let it slip, And I will rain justice down on them in a legal way!
By the way, because of what antifreeze is made of, putting it out in the environment is very harmful, and is extremely illegal! That alone can get a person in serious trouble. The fact that the landlady is allowing this to happen makes her doubly guilty, because she is definitely breaking the law, not only as someone withholding evidence, but also as a corrupt community head. As she is letting this happen to multiple tenants in this community, her days as landlady are numbered. I am actively gathering the people she has been disrespecting, to bring the law against her, and force her out!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, my friends!
We were celebrating two birthdays at the church Sunday; Brother Stafford's, and mine. Incidentally it was his 86th, and my 68th, so the birthday cake only needed two number shaped candles; a 6, and an 8. We sang Happy Birthday to him first with the two candle arranged as "86". He made his wish, and blew them out. Then they sang the birthday song to me, with the candles switched to make the number "68". I made my wish and blew them out. This is a rare thing for celebrating the birthdays to two people, when the ages of the two are the same numeral but just switched around! And it was not planned to be that way.
Many at the party kept asking me how old I was, thinking I was going to be 67, and I had to correct that several times. When I told them that my age would be 68, the lady handling the cake decoration realized that we had something interesting happening.
Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway; It was a lot of fun!
On another note, Brother Stafford wants me to become the music director at the church. He thinks I'd make a good one, because of my musical background! I am having to do a lot of thinking about that; because, even though I have a good musical background, I know also that it would be a lot of work, and some would not be happy with my choices of songs to lead the congregation in! I do not wish to be the cause of strife in the church. Plus I have so many other artistic endeavors going on, that I cannot just put off. I have a schedule of commissions I must not interrupt, as that is part of my reasons for getting commissions. I am also working on a fictional series, that once done, I will be getting published. This series is not just written by me, but in collaboration with my oldest brother, and we will be splitting whatever we make from it evenly. It will be an ongoing science fiction series, that will be accompanied by our own artwork, and will span the life of the main character from the time when he was a young boy of about 8. The series will be set in an ongoing series franchise he and I are also collaborating on, and it will span a very large part of the infinite universe.
I have been using DeviantArt's AI image generator to make lots of backdrops for the images we have planned, so I invite you all to have a look, and see what there is already! All of those backdrop images in my gallery there are offered for anyone to download and use anyway they want for their own art, free of charge. I only ask that I be credited with making, or having them generated! Other backdrops have been made by me using Bryce 7.1 Pro, PD Howler 12, Wings3D, Blender, DAZ Studio, Poser, Windows Paint, MS Office PowerPoint, JSPlacement, and a few other digital art applications I have in my collection. Those backdrops are also free to download and use any way you wish for your own artwork, so long as you credit me with making them! 
I do this for all of my fellow artists, so they can have plenty of backdrops and wallpapers to choose from; because the type of backdrops these are were very scarce when I went searching for some to use myself! I thought "Wouldn't it be nice to create a large collection of backdrops and wallpapers that can be found in one place, as a resource, free of charge, with no restrictions on use, and just the one rule of giving credit to the one that made, or had them generated?" So over the course of four months, and using DA's AI Image Generator, I have had just those increased by now to almost 1,000 in number! This is still being done, making my gallery more full of them than my own personal works. None of the actual backdrops will be signed by me, and the reason is to not mar the images other artists make using them. Likewise I don't add watermarks! So if you are interested, and would like to use some of them, so long as they don't have my signature logo on them (those will not be included in this offer, though you can collect them for your own enjoyment), Here is a link to my DeviantArt Profile:
