November Show Off Thread 2024 - Seldom Used Content

Welcome to the November Show Off Thread 2024! Post all of your wonderful images here for all of us to see, and enjoy. Please remember to keep your images PG, as kids can and do view these threads. Also, make sure your images are within the pixel and memory sizes allowed.Our challenge for this month is "Seldom Used Content". This one is wide open with possibilities. You can do any type of image you want for this challenge, but to compete there must be at least one thing from your content you almost never use. It can be a texture set, an environment, a prop, a vehicle, an animal, a character, a pose, an expression, a hair, etc. the type of content is your choice. Please name the seldom used item, so we can look closer to see what you did with it, and how you used it. All content is eligible,so long as it is within the acceptable decency range. Also, if you made the content yourself, that will be awesome! Show us what you can do.To get it started, I am posting this one:
The Blind Defender
This is a reduced size image to make it fit the size limits for file size.The seldom used content is:Backdrop, made by me in AmberLight 2Floor, Made in DAZ Studio from a primitive square, and textures made by me in JSPlacement.The Outfit the woman is wearing, retextured using DAZ Shaders.The Pose, made by me in DAZ Studio.Story:She has been blind since birth, but never has she let her blindness stop her for being who she wanted to be. She trained in the Martial Arts, in order to defend herself from those who would take advantage of a person's disability to get what they want. Her training started when she was just 3 years old, and it continues to this day.Because she is blind, she must use her hearing to tell her where things are. The sounds she hears are many, and a lot of those sounds no one else ever notices, unless they are listening for them. She learned to determine distances by knowing the speed that sound travels in whatever environmental medium she is in; and now her echolocation ability almost rivals that of a bat.On day she witnessed an attack on an innocent girl, who begged for anybody to help her! She did not hesitate to jump in and fight off the girl's attackers. When they saw what a blind woman could do, they finally ran away. But she knew their voices, and when they were picked up by the police, she positively identified them as the attackers! Though she could not see what they looked like, she was able to correctly repeat what they said to the Judge, even when they were speaking very low in volume. She even correctly identified who said what it the entire conversation between the Judge and each of them!Because of her testimony, and the evidence they had been caught with, she helped get them convicted. As for how she fought them off of the girl they were attacking, she could hear everything they were doing, including their movements, and when they tried to hurt her, she turned their own efforts against them, making them defeat themselves!Now, because of her successes fighting crime, she is attached to law enforcement as The Blind Defender! She helps stop crime wherever she encounters it, and defends the innocent with her awesome skills!

A very interesting image to start us off - I have often wondered what someone who has never been able to see imagines what the world looks like.

This challenge would be a simple one for me since, given how few renders I get to do, I don't think I've yet done one that has not used atleast 1 product that I have never used before. So, pretty much any render I do would qualify. I'll see if I can come up with something good that uses 100% of products that I have never used before - there certainly are plenty of those to choose from :/

This is the entrance hall of the ROG Fantasy Home.  I have used the large living room in the past but it is so difficult to render that I've put off using the Entrance.  This image took about four hours to render, and I still had to use the post processing feature in DAZ Studio to get decent clarity (at the expense of texture detail).  With all that, I still like this one and I wish someone would greet me at the door with a cool drink someday.    "A Welcoming Respite"

I love what you've done with her hair, matching up the green and red with her dress and tattoos. I don't have that hair and the promos don't really sell it for me but your image has made me pop it on my wishlist :)

As for the story: I see a young woman at a ball or wedding reception, slightly frustrated that she gone to all the trouble to dress up but has been left alone by her partner. The band starts to play her favourite song and she doesn't want to miss out. "I want to dance ..." (looks around & sees somone standing around to her side) "... you'll do!"

Oh boy - I do not think I have used around 30% of my content and not used more than twice around 90%!
