September Show Off Thread 2024 - Back to School

Actually we do have others posting, but this month has been rather slow. I'm still holding out for at least a few more in each thread that is active this month! I will say that the people that are posting images are bringing their A game! All well done images getting posted, and I really like that. I would post an image or two in your thread, but I have no stove models at all. I might model on , but it would not get finished until after the end of this month, and at this time I'm already working on about 4 or 5 different content projects, the main on is a model I'm making for a story I'm writing, another is a model for a story I have already finished. Then a project that is nearly complete, making backdrops for the October Giveaway at The Fantasy Attic, our sister site. And a couple of other projects that are taking a long time to get right, due to mistakes that are made, because of how complex they are. I keep having to go back a few steps to find where something went wrong. Lucky that I save things in steps to ensure that at least I can go back a few steps. When I reach a point where the current step needs no return to a previous one, I then overwrite that one with the latest step. Progress is slow like that, but it is also teaching me what not to do, and ways to improve the quality, using better methods.

Glad to hear there are other postings at PFDLives... I'll try and get a few more in before the end of the month... just so this thread isn't so bare.  Wish I could find my other school... It was a while ago and I can't for the life of me remember WHAT I rendered it for?  I thought it was the weekly challenge but I've gone through all my folders since I started Daz and can't find it.  :(  Oh well.. It would probably be quicker (and better) if I just recreated it again... lol.  We shall see.

I save in stages also.  Good idea when making complex things ;)
