MeshWorks "Name that Movie" Challenge 01

As a side note to this challenge, I have been slowly working on a 'semi animated' Graphic Novel in this vein. It's code named "Return of the Cylons" (RotC), and takes place prior to the attack on the Colonies when the man-made Cylons originally left.

The synopsis is there were many people within the Colonies that vehemently disapproved of the creation of the original Cylon as an autonomous security force. Their construction was a response to a war with an alien race that never materialized.

Many Colonists realized early on that these self-aware machines could turn on their creators. Despite numerous warnings of this danger, the Council went ahead with their plans.

The ostracized portion of the population decided to separate from the Colonies. These separatists began to colonize in a neighboring galaxy, just as the human race had done in the recent past.

When the inevitable did happen (Humans never learn), the Colonies were devastated and all seemed lost. But, the First Cylon War ended abruptly with the Cylon sudden withdraw to parts unknown. Some say they found God.
