Wow Dreamweaver, such amazing images.. I love the Island in the sky one eblank and with the sunset it matches the theme.  It was a great suggestion for the theme of the month Agent because it's so open ended.

Thanks Kathryn, I have more somewhere lol. I tend to end up with dawn/sunset or night renders as the lighting is more interesting (frustrating!)

You hit the nail on the head, DreamWeaver! This is why I chose this challenge theme. It has so many possibilities, and the lighting is more interesting, often helping to set the mood.

Sunrise/sunset are not too tricky but night scenes are a bear lol

Excellent render, Kathryn. I don't have a family, other than my brothers and sisters, and only my oldest brother lives with me. Neither of the two of us have ever had children, and I have never been married, and not for lack of trying. We have three cats between the two of us, and they are our babies. Cookie Baby is the oldest, being more than 13 1/2 years old. In cat years that makes her older than me. She loves me more than anything else in the world. I have gone out with her, looking at the Christmas lights, this time of year.
Thank you for the memories!

That's one thing I can't get Bryce to do convincingly, Simon. When I try animations in Bryce, it crashes.
There used to be a thing called Bryce Lightning, and you could use multiple computer that had it installed to speed up rendering images, and to do animated clips, with Bryce installed on one computer. I'm trying to find Bryce Lightning at DAZ now and it seems to be unavailable.

Do you have a network?  I have a feeling that it comes with Bryce, but isn't installed unless a network is detected.  Bryce is pretty old, too.  It may not work with Windows 10.

If Bryce works with Windows 10, Bryce Lightning will too. This I got from several vendors who also use the DAZ Forums. My network at the moment is only three computers, but that's enough to do what I want.

Yes Bryce is old; well over 13 years since the last upgrade was released, yet it is still sold at DAZ. My first version was the older 7.0 free version. Then a bundle was put together that included Bryce 7.1 Pro, Hexagon 2.5, and DAZ Studio 4.0, all free. I have all of those since that time, but I do not use Hexagon, due to it's (for me) confusing interface, and complexity. I do use Bryce and DAZ Studio though. The bridge between those two works fairly well for moving object files from one to the other, although certain types of Bryce objects won't move to DAZ Studio in a usable form. Also large object files like Kibarreto's Hover Carrier, cannot be used in Bryce, due to the file memory size, which causes Bryce to crash.

I know, I just got off on a tangent, here. That said, since I know Bryce works well in Windows 10, I'm confident Bryce Lightning will too. As far as I know, though, Bryce Lightning is not included in the download of Bryce itself. It is supposed to be free for users that have Bryce, though. I am currently trying to get help finding it.

If it helps, I found this DAZ forum thread which includes a link to a pdflink to a pdf from a forum member about how to set up Bryce Lightning (and the link is still working)
