August 2023 Show Off Thread - Effects

Just finished this one. Its of my D&D character, Lilac Wildberry, when she finds her Hex Blade. She is a Wild Magic Sorcer/Hex Blade Worlock with a permanent insanity since ending up in the hands of a Drow Necromancer (long story) Her insanity manifests in a person only she can see and hear that has helped her find, (re-find), her hex blade after being separated from it years before and a magical block placed in her mind to sever the connection resulting in amnesia of everything before she was around 7 years old.
It looks like something the Drow did has broken that block and now the blade is back along with fragments of memory.


I ended up using a fair few effects both in render and post work to get the look and feel I was after for this scene

Last month's challenge theme did fairly well, but this month's theme is far more popular! I'm loving it. It has me wondering how I will be able to come up with a theme that does as well for September.

The effects are just the vignette...
I actually like it better with nothing done to it...but thought I had better add an effect lol

Just adding artwork from the Daz+ Inspiration Contest - August 08, 2023 - August 22, 2023 ... created 2 artworks that week and my 2nd one of the guy on the hammock WON... toot toooot!!!!!!
