Thanks sugar... brain not functioning today. For some odd reason I stand and the room spins opposite of the body sensation of spinning. Very dizzy like.

I never thought of that...LOL  That makes it easier too.


I found out today that it is my sugar level. I try to keep it around 135 but ya know how those sweets beckon from afar...LOL

I think it is a combo of maybe a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder and the blood sugar at 125. Last time I was down that far I felt this same way (about 4-5 years ago) so I forgot... not much walking about or I will fall flat on my face again and that will hurt.
