I got a couple of things from the new DazFreebies.  A nice little room that comes with lighting and effect for fireplace, and an outfit for G2M.  (That's a nice change from a bunch of textures for outfits I've never seen.)
Hey Agent, I've been rooting for you to be in a better place after all the disruption.  How's it going?
I picked up ten of the latest DAZ Freebies, including that Living Room one, and that outfit for G2M, and the Open Toe Boots for G2F! Also got that Red and Black outfit for G2F, and the texture set for the V4/A4 Hair, which I do have.
We are in our new home now, and though it cost more to live there, the conditions are way better than that old RV Camper we were in. Yeah the new place is small, but its at least 3 to 4 times the size of the camper, and is laid out much better. We have a good working stove with a spacious oven, a better refrigerator, working hot water, A better bathroom, etc. Every third Thursday of each month we can go to the clubhouse to play Bingo, and win up to $50 off the rent. If you win one round you get $25 off, and you can win up to 2 rounds. You are given 10 Bingo cards to play. I played just 2 in the first round and won the first just on those two cards, so we got $25 off our rent this month! Just that amount helps big time. The next Bingo night will be next Thursday, and we will be there. Our Land Lady is the one that conducts the game.
There are a few issues with the home, but nothing like what we were dealing with in that little camper that was falling apart around our ears! Stress levels are down by a large amount, and that is a good thing for sure!

I keep working on skin textures and characters for portrait style things.   This image just appeared on my screen after combining some things! So I'm not sure I can relaibly reproduce it.This piece uses the character Millarose, and the base Daz light dome.  I really think lighting in Daz3D is getting more environment based and using fewer spotlights.
Since my last request for comment, this one has shiny skin, no blowouts in the texture, shadows at cheeckbone and right jaw to left shoulder.  Advice on improvement would be appreciated.  (different expression, more background light?)

Here is one I did just for this Thread:

Identical Twins
Bet you can't tell them apart! I sure can't! These girls like to wear everything the same nearly every day, including their hairdo. They do it just to confound the people that know them. Here they are even striking the exact same pose. They are always pulling the ID prank on their Boyfriends, who still cannot figure out how to know which one is their girlfriend! Makes for an interesting relationship!
:Duh:

Jammixx, I think your latest image is great. The lighting is excellent, with the shadow angle looking perfect. The sheen on her skin is a nice touch, too. I'd date her, if she were real! She's gorgeous!

Here's one that started out with an idea to start with a prop/ background and then let the story emerge.  I used an old favorite called, "Never Was".  In that series there was also Never Dry and other Nevers.  In this one I was trying to catch a moment when the warrior comes into town and a voice comes from the shadows saying, "We meet again, Warrior".  She is at once startled and on-guard, not yet knowing to whom or what the voice belongs...

I am still not getting notices for this or Daz website so sorry I've not been about more.  It's getting frustrating cause I don't know what to do to get notices... ughhh...

Anyway... I posted 14 new pieces of artwork for the Daz summer event and again I didn't win.  (sighs)... I'll share a few of my favorites with you below.  ENJOY!

I think the car one is outstanding!   As a small advice, your characters don't really have facial expressions, except for the car.Express a feeling and  have the face and body show it. (Not that I do that either, mostly).

Sir Postalot here to keep site activity going in a slow time.    Before I was talking about picking an old prop you haven't used for a while, and letting a new story come from it.  I happened across this one, the original Daz Studio Millenium Environment.  The model is mostly there to fill the scene.  That backgroud still looks great!
