Now I have a question...How do you clear all the surfaces from previous textures...when I open the white dress all the settings are different to what I am used to seeing...and when I go to add my texture in diffuse only a little strip opens up around the item instead of the whole texture???

I think you have to set horizontal and vertical tiles to 1.

lol, Now I am even more confused Erika...I cheated as I got tired of waiting...so I added one of your textures...then just changed out what I needed to...

Sanbie,if you use a texture from a template, you should set horizontal and vertical tiles to 1 (see below).If you use just a square texture, you can influence the appearance of the texture by using different values (make the texture look bigger or smaller). I think my lack of English words will confuse you even more
