:(  I still get blocked from those pages.  Maybe it will straighten out some day, like the pages here have.  Right now, Norton still says it's a known dangerous site.

This image is telling you why you get that message, many do and they can access the attic and free areas too, I think your norton's is to blame. I never liked it nor used it anymore on my PC...sometimes like avast it is too intrusive.

that is what is showing when you click the padlock in the link, site is safe and can be allowed by way of norton's or you browser settings, there is nothing to do to it from my end of the mix

make sure you are having the www in the link

DanaTA

I can see that.  however, even with the full link (including the www) I get the warning.  If I click on the link that says "continue to the site", I can see the page.  But as soon as I click another link, like navigating to page 2, I get the warning again.  If it is because of images not being covered under the SSL, not to be rude, but...why not?  I had to make sure that all the images on my site are under the SSL.  It wasn't that difficult, I'm no webmaster guru.

As I said before, pfdlives was also doing this, then one day it stopped and it's been find since.  Maybe that will happen there, too.

You and your site are just you that posts, my members are also able to post images to their posts if they wish and some do not have their images on a SSL site or their own site with no SSL. I do not have the time to go back for "centuries" of postings to ensure they are all secure.

You could also try deleting the cache/cookies for the attic to see if that helps, that is even suggested on the block after clicking the lock.

The only way to see is to clear the site cache/data and keep trying...eventually you will be able to actually roam around but bear in mind, you can on,y view as a guest, guests are not allowed to do anything else.

BTW, your statement to "not to be rude", did not help ease the bite of the remark. Maybe I am lazier than I thought.

I truly did not mean it as rude, but an honest query.  for my SSL, it covers the site and all subfolders, so the entire site is covered.  I do have a private forum for vendors and testers, and they post images there.  The images are saved to the folder structure of the site.  The forum is my own coding.  It may not be full of bells and whistles, and never does someone see a message that the site is untrusted because of it.  I did see that once, a long time ago.

Sadly, my site has been left alone by everyone.  Not for lack of trying.  Can't hang onto vendors...or testers, either.  I'm one man.  Can't make it all happen by myself, though it seems that's how it my have to be.  Hard to promote a site when nobody ever stays around long enough to build it up and put more stuff there.  When the time is up for the current SSL, I may just close it down.  Costing me money for nothing.

I've seen a lot of talk from people in the past two or three years about supporting small 3D sites.  Seems to be just talk.  Sorry, it's just got me very down.  And I've had some issues in the past couple of years that have kept me from doing much in the way of 3D.

By the way, I used to get around at the attic!  I also have files from the holiday gifts you offered.  Last time I tried to log in, quite some time ago, it didn't know me.  I gave up.

That is because when anyone uploads an image to their post and is an attachment then it does go to a secure folder. I have no control whenever they link their image to another site or image depository.

It might not have anything to do with your site (although if I remember right you require a tremendously long password) I myself have had many comp issues and illnesses. I have heard from many of my vendors that they too are having comp issues 9dying hard drives that take everything or computers just up and dying). Some have not gone to places due to that reason too or family woes.

I understand this totally cause keeping up the sites I run -- Attic, market, PFD plus the gift pages and free zone with sponsors too -- is time-consuming. I am the only one that does the web work too and just think how hard it is for 1 site, let alone 5 sites. I  pay for the yearly registration for all the  7 sites even if some are inactive -- I just do not wish anyone to grab up our domain names and ruin their names.

Just keep trying and keep clearing cache/ cookie and especially data to the attic and you will be able to register once more.
