I agree... I hope everyone is ok... eblank (Erika?) and Kathryn to name a few... :)

Hi all, yes, I am fine, just too tired from work when I come home at 6.30 p.m. As usual I am looking for free clothing to make textures for - but there are very few that I like.My other hobby is to knit or crochet, let''s say I am a wool-maniac  :tearlaugh: .

Agent0013

Excellent images, Erika. I like wool too, if it doesn't make me itch. Truth is I am allergic to it, but can wear the less irritating cotton yarn, woven or crocheted.

Another picture I'd like to show is this one, I took it in a park nearby. The words on this bench "Es lebe die Freiheit" mean "Long live liberty". The Ukranian war is not too far from us. The distance from my home town to the Ukranian border is only around 1000 kilometers. And still: people get infected with Covid. All my collegues (except 1 and me) and a lot of our students had it at least once. We only have to wear masks in public transportation but I still wear it when I go to the supermarket. The good thing: the weather is fine  :spring1:

Agent0013

I agree with the sentiment on that awesome bench. Thank you Erika! :thanky10:

Hi, everyone!
Nice images, everyone!  I will try to peek in more often.  It is a pain to type on this tablet, though.  Life drags on.

Be well,
Dana

Hello everyone.  Sorry I've been away for a while.  I purchased a few items at Daz with the 75% off coupon that was available.  I got this character called Alexandria.  My granddaughter, Brittany, is getting married next year so I decided to do her a counted cross stitch picture as a gift and want to get it done in lots of time to have it framed.  The image is from the site, Heaven and Earth Designs called Mini Happily Ever After by the artist Dona Gelsinger and it's stitched on 18 count Aida and I'm 23% finished.  I cut out the top and bottom borders because I thought they looked odd without border on the sides.  I love the Heaven and Earth website and presently have 54 patterns that are mostly bought on sale, a few were gifts and a bunch were free patterns that they give away periodically on the site.  Some of the free ones I don't plan to complete but I got them anyway because you never know... lol.  The last picture is what it should look like completed.  So with all those patterns I'm keeping quite busy. The completed images are in various sizes from fairly large to what are called story keeps.
