It was an absolute pain trying to find a box, crate, case that had the facility to have the lid open - I was just about to throw the towel in when I found this chest in my content library!

Somewhere I have a really decrepit workroom, oil on ythe floor, trash everywhere etc... and this one which was a bomb victim.
I think it's on the unavailable drive. 8 (

My barin has been in neutral and teh only idea I have is rubbish, but I may need to fall back on it ...!

Very well done Llola Lane. I am one step on ya this time, my dish are cleaned immediately after each meal. My laundry still is not done, maybe before the week end.

On a good for me note. In the other site I said my main computer was drifting away and I ordered a new one. I placed the order Thanksgiving Day for delivery on 12/2. Last night after super I was set for a night of TV, the door bell rang and when I opened the door there on the porch was my new computer. Three days early and on a Saturday no less. If the site does shut down for a few days I will be OK loading up my new system.

You'll have to let me know how it does with rendering... I'm not familiar with GeForce... is it comparable to Nvidia??? I'd like to get better results with Iray so I'm shooting for Nvidia. ;)

RTX 20xx series is Nvidia it is the next step up from GTX 10xx series. Nvidia's newest line is the RTX 30xx series.

ahhh.. it IS Nvidia... I feel so foolish... Thanks for straightening me out... I was looking at the 3070... 3080 is listed at Best Buy.com... but it Out of Stock... That's the one the Best Buy guy said to wait for... but it's taking a loooooooong time getting to stores :( I may just opt in for the 3070.... We shall see. They are pricey though.. shhh... Don't tell hubby... lol
