If you want to see if you can hear it, then you may be able to track down the post on social media ... not sure where Sam, the lady who took the video and owns the coffee shop, pots, but try looking for either Seahorse Cafe (in East Preston) or Sam Dalton among the usual suspects of social media.

I do, yes - or did, but as I have the original .mov I can (and am) re-converting :)  From the question I gather you'd like to see/hear it - anywhere I can upload it for you?

Checked FB and Sam Dalton (but there are a bunch of them) ... No luck finding it... Oh well.. Onward and Upward as they say... lol

I've checked their website and no hint of social media presence, which seems odd, to say the least!

As for Social Media like FaceBook and Twitter, I don't do that. Got had 3 times in the first six months with FaceBook, and dropped out forever! Just cannot trust them. All my socializing online is through sites like PFDLives and The Fantasies Attic. Practically all my online friends are on those sites.


For me, it's 3 strikes for any social media or site, and they are out forever. Not telling anybody else what to do, just saying what I do.

DarkAngel, There really does not need to be a year or two in the title. When I first created the original thread, it was one thread for big pictures for as long as it could go. That said, if you decide that we should create a new thread for the big pictures each year, we can do that.

Totally up to you, it is your thread. I just thought it would be easier if they saw them as the year they got done instead of having one lonnnnnnng thread with several years. Easier for them to find an image too.

That makes sense. I was not thinking in that way. I actually like your idea better than mine, so when January comes, I'll create a new "Big Picture Thread 2021".

Let me do some checking, and I'll get back to you with some fresh ideas on how to proceed. Given that you and I seem to have similar problems with social media, I can understand your caution. And with the fact that you asked for permission to upload it here from your friend, I would not ask you to betray his trust. Now if you think it will be OK to send the .mp4 to me personally, you and I will need to engage in a PM conversation. Let me know how you feel about it.
