Hello Dana; I get what you mean. Have had quite a bit if trouble myself, what with there being a draconian owner of our mobile home park suddenly trying to force everybody to conform to rules they were not even worried about before the new owner bought the old one out. Many of the rules they have now are unfair, and designed to make us pay a lot more, to the point of being unable to afford it. We pay our rent on time every time, and we do the same with water, electricity and unrelated monthly bills. And what they have not done is hold up their end of the contract! We suffered through four month last year without adequate AC, having to use inefficient fans. Then our heat was compromised because it is what the industry calls a heat exchanger; made to act as AC and as the home's heat, and I found out it isn't even rated for this size of home. Now we have gone through another problem for almost an entire year with our water heater. I am constantly having to turn it back on because it kicks off every day. On top of that we have a defective kitchen stove, and a defective refrigerator. Those have been needing to be replaced since we moved into the current home more than a year ago. All of these things are the responsibility of the owner of the rental property! We also discovered black mold where the water heater is located, and in the walls of the master bathroom. I have told the landlady about these things several times, and nothing has been done satisfactorily about any of them. So after more than a year living in this home, I think we need to take the business to court over this. We learned that this is how many of the tenants are being treated, so I am looking to organize a class action lawsuit against the company. I don't really want to do this, but with what they are doing to us, our hands are being forced! We plan to document as many complaints as we can learn about, to present in a court of law, against the company!

Sorry to be airing our woes, but just think it needs to be explained as a big part of why I have not been doing much either. The other part is how Yahoo Mail was treating sites I trust like spam, in their New Email version, including PFD Lives, Fantasies Attic, Fantasies Realm Market, Renderosity, and more. It made getting things I needed to do for this site very difficult to say the least. Yesterday, I had to make them reinstate my old email style, and to day I have been working to clean up my email, archiving important email, and deleting all of my older emails. Telling Yahoo what emails should go to Spam or be blocked altogether is proving to be a task that will take several days. There is now no way to delete all emails from a specified source in one go, and what I had blocked has now been reinstated, so I have to go through my inbox to root them out and get rid of them. I have to make a note of the ones I wish to block again, and work to get yahoo to block them. Then I have to make sure yahoo is not sending the ones I want in my inbox to spam! What a job that is turning out to be!

OK, now with that overlong explanation out of the way, I have a theme suggestion:

I am in a FLOWER mood these days... lol.  God knows I have plenty in my runtime.  I've not rendered anything in Daz in over a month... but... I'm still buying content!  My plus membership ends in the middle of this month and I think I will be going back down to the 69.00 year membership just to be able to stay in the forums over there.  I'm hoping things will pick up with me.  I am game to whatever theme is chosen.  Be well one and all... hugzzzzzz

You don't need to be a DAZ+ member to stay in the forums!  I'm not!  Gave it up some time ago, just too expensive!

I'm doing what I can to try fixing it. I can't fix it myself, as I don't know how; so I am working to contact whomever among our staff that can, to see if they know what to do. I just sent a PM to DarkAngel about the issue. I'm hoping she can get back to me on this soon!
