ToonID

I try to do material in Poser, because i'm always with my trial for a hat for Xmas pack.
And i look "ToonID 42"

What is ToonID, and how settle this, please? 

In the same time, how diminish the reflection on the surface? Because in the render, i have an impression of plastic, not tile.

Oh yes, i forgot the specular. The interface is different than Daz, then some neurons stayed probably on other software

Ok no problem for ToonID, now i leave this in peace 
I need always to work on fur part of hat. I know by heart the things to do, like you tell in another topic. But the concerned part is rebel  The good thing, that is the last rebel part.
